With our Florida beach condo rental we have always taken cleaning seriously. We treat our guest just how we would want to be treated. That means that we do a thorough cleaning between every guest who stays in our condo. With the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking it up a notch in an effort to help ensure the safety of our guests.

Here’s what we are doing to help ensure your safety and keep the germs and virus away:
- You will have mostly low contact check-in process. All guests will be given a code that they will enter into the door keypad, which will give you access to the condo. Having said that, if there’s anything you need we are a quick call away and ready to meet your needs. When you arrive you will just do a quick check in with the property manager to get your parking permit.
- We are taking measures to do deep cleaning and disinfecting between guests. We are using a professional disinfectant that kills viruses and bacteria. We are using Sani-Spritz Spray, which is the same quality of disinfectant used in hospitals, industrial settings, and schools. This cleaner is approved for killing and deactivating viruses such as COVID-19. Not only does it kill different kinds of viruses, it also kills bacteria and funguses, such as athlete’s foot.
- In addition to all hard surfaces being disinfected, a deep cleaning is being done throughout the condo between every guest stay. We are following all CDC guidelines when it comes to disinfecting so we can reduce virus risks.
The sun and ocean water are great deterrents to the virus, making a Florida beach vacation ideal. Not only is the sunlight helpful at destroying the virus, but it’s believed that raising your vitamin D levels will help protect you, too. Time spent in the sun is what you need to raise your vitamin D.
