Really nice beach property on the nicest beach on the east coast of Florida

We had a great time staying at this property. Its maintained very well and decorated very nicely. The building itself is a little over 40 years old like most of the others in the area but they’ve done a very good job of keeping it up. This particular unit has definitely been renovated at some point and it’s very up to date. It has nice tile, really nice clean bathrooms, a great kitchen that is fully stocked with more stuff than I think I have at home, great size bedrooms and a really nice family room to hang out in at the end of the day. All 3 of the beds were very comfortable which is very unusual at a beach condo in my experience. The unit also has a really nice washer/dryer and dishwasher. The best part is the A/C works very well which is very important after baking in the sun all day. The pool area is one of the nicest we’ve found at a beach condo in the area and looks to have been renovated very recently. The best part is you can literally be in the pool and see the rest of your family on the beach. A lot of condo buildings have the pool on the side, in the parking lot or way off the beach which is not nearly as nice. The beach here is absolutely the best on the east coast. It’s very private and the sand is literally like white powder. It’s not hot at all on your feet like at Daytona or Cocoa Beach. This condo is just south of the driving beach which is great because you don’t have to worry about you kids getting run over by a car or kids cruising by with loud music. It’s very peaceful and has great waves for surfing. One other great thing for us was we were allowed to bring our Goldendoodle. Dogs aren’t allowed on the beach or in the grass areas out by the pool but there is a lot of nice grass areas to walk them out by the shuffleboard area which worked out just fine. There is a really nice dog beach about a 10-15 minute drive north if you want to take your dog swimming. We loved this condo and plan on going back in the near future. We’re even thinking of renting for a month next year because we enjoyed it so much. I talked with the owner Stacy a few times and she was very nice, easy to work with and accommodating. The property manager Lisa was great as well. I highly recommend this property to any family.
